The Bundesliga's top team, FC VfL Wolfsburg, has secured a 2-0 victory over their arch-rivals, FC VfL Bochum in the second round of the Champions League.

In what was a closely contested match, VfL Wolfsburg striker Enner Valencia scored both goals to give his side a 2-0 lead at the break. However, it was not just Valencia who scored as Arnold scored the winner in the 88th minute.

The win was a significant boost for the Wolfsburg club as they now have two rounds remaining in the group stage of the competition. With a win against Bochum in the third round, VfL Wolfsburg will advance to the quarter-finals where they will face either Bayern Munich or Borussia Dortmund.
